I Love Clarkston will continue for a further 5 years!
We’re delighted to welcome you to the official website of I Love Clarkston, the Business Improvement District (BID) dedicated to supporting and promoting our brilliant town centre.
This website is here to showcase everything that makes Clarkston special, from local events and shopping to business news and community updates. Every business featured on this site contributes to making it all happen, through their support of the BID.
So, what is a BID? A Business Improvement District is a partnership where local businesses work together to invest in and enhance their area. Through a small levy, businesses fund a range of projects that boost the town centre – like events, marketing, town improvements, and initiatives that bring more people into Clarkston.
Every 5 years the businesses within a Business Improvement District vote on whether they will remain a BID for the next 5 years. Each business owner is given a copy of our Business Plan which sets out what we aim to do for the next 5 years if the vote is successful. You can view this Business Plan by visiting the About section of this webpage.
Whether you’re a resident, visitor, or business owner thank you for being part of what makes Clarkston thrive.
