"We’ve been part of the food market for three consecutive sessions now and it’s honestly been a really enjoyable experience. It’s so different from our usual setting, and it’s been nice seeing familiar faces while also having the opportunity for people who haven’t tried our food before to come and give it a go.

For us, the markets are very fluid. The menu changes, the themes change, and it keeps things interesting. We’ve really enjoyed the variation across each market. The Halloween one had a great atmosphere, and the Christmas market, as always, was very well organised and busy, which added to the overall experience.

It’s a great concept and not something many neighbourhoods offer. Overall, the experience has been genuinely beneficial for the business. We’ve had many customers who first discovered us at the market return to dine in at the restaurant, and we’ve also received numerous catering enquiries and bookings through it.

The markets create a really positive atmosphere and bring people together in a way that feels genuine. It’s a pleasure to be part of it, and we’re really looking forward to the Mother’s Day spring market in March."
